Seller: "darbnicaskaistumam.lv"
Buyer: natural or legal person who makes a purchase on the website "darbnicaskaistumam.lv".
Products: products placed on the "darbnicaskaistumam.lv" website, which the buyer can order and buy.

These Terms determine the purchase of Goods in the "darbnicaskaistumam.lv" online store, as well as determine the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer.

1. Product catalog

  1. The Goods are sold at the prices indicated for each of the Goods.
  2. All Product prices are indicated with value added tax (hereinafter - VAT).
  3. The price of the Goods does not include the charge for the delivery of the Goods. The delivery fee is applied in addition to the price of the Goods. Delivery prices and delivery options can be viewed in Section 4 of the Terms.

2. Shopping cart

  1. The shopping cart is created when the Buyer selects the Product and presses the "Add to cart" button. When adding Products to the shopping cart, they are not yet purchased. The contents of the shopping cart can be changed by the Buyer at any time.
  2. When the Buyer has placed all the desired Products in the shopping cart, press the button "Continue to complete the purchase".

3. Information

  1. The Buyer must enter correct and accurate information so that the Seller can complete the purchase, as well as communicate in case of confusion.

4. Delivery

  1. The product is sent to the buyer's e-mail address or can be found in the profile of a registered buyer.

5. Payment

  1. The buyer can choose one of the payment methods:
    1. Pay by credit card. We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard
    2. Pay by invoice (for legal and natural persons). The Buyer will receive an invoice prepared by the Seller in the specified e-mail address.
  2. After selecting the payment method, the Buyer must press the button "Make an order".

6. Order execution

  1. The order is considered accepted when the Buyer has received an automatic notification to the specified e-mail address: "Your order has been received".
  2. The order is prepared for delivery within 1-2 working days after the payment of the order.
  3. When the order is processed, the Buyer receives an automatic notification to the specified e-mail: "Your order has been fulfilled".

7. Right of withdrawal

  1. The right of withdrawal is the right of the Buyer (a natural person who is a "consumer" in the context of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights) within 14 days, counting from the day the Buyer has received the Goods, to refuse the Goods in accordance with the procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal.
  2. The Buyer informs about using the right of withdrawal by filling out the withdrawal form, which can be obtained on the Internet at the following address: http://likumi.lv/ta/id/266462-noteikumi-par-distances-ligumu. The Buyer sends the completed form to the Seller to the e-mail address info@darbnicaskaistumam.lv. After receiving the completed refusal form, the Seller notifies the Buyer that he has received the refusal, as well as informs him of the decision made or the time of making the decision. The questionnaire is available after sending a request to the e-mail address: info@darbnicaskaistumam.lv
  3. The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than within 14 days after sending (handing over) the refusal form to the Seller. The buyer must cover the costs related to the return and shipping of the Goods.
  4. The Seller reimburses the Buyer for the payments received from the Buyer, including delivery costs, within 14 days from the day when the Seller has received a completed Cancellation form from the Buyer (decision to withdraw from the contract) and when the Seller has received back the Goods that the Buyer refuses. The Seller repays the said amount of money using the same type of payment method used by the Buyer, i.e. by transfer to the Buyer's bank account.
  5. The Seller has the right to withhold payment until he has received the Goods from the Buyer that the Buyer wishes to refuse.

8. Consideration of complaints, proposals and suggestions

  1. Any Buyer can make suggestions, proposals about the Seller's work, or make a complaint by sending to the e-mail address: info@darbnicaskaistumam.lv
